Receiving care should feel straightforward, supportive, and respectful. Located within Elevation Collective, Challenge Pain provides a welcoming environment where patients can discuss concerns, ask questions, and explore treatment options without feeling rushed.
We understand that pain affects more than just a specific body part. It can impact work, sleep, exercise, hobbies, and everyday activities. That's why we take the time to understand your concerns, your goals, and what improvement looks like for you.
From your first consultation through ongoing care, our focus is on providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and personalized recommendations that help you move forward with confidence.
Every patient's experience with pain is different. Before recommending treatment, we perform a comprehensive evaluation to better understand potential sources of pain, contributing factors, previous treatments, activity levels, and functional goals.
Challenge Pain specializes in non-surgical and non-pharmacological pain management. We focus on conservative, evidence-based treatment options designed to improve function and mobility without relying on prescription pain medications.
Depending on your needs, treatment recommendations may include musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, regenerative therapies, movement-focused strategies, patient education, and other minimally invasive options.
Our goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to the activities that matter most.

Your first visit begins with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, previous treatments, and what you hope to achieve through care.
During your appointment, we will:
That's why we take the time to answer questions, explain our recommendations, and help you feel confident about the next steps in your care.

Challenge Pain was founded by Jason Flowers with a simple goal: to provide thoughtful, evidence-based pain care focused on helping patients stay active and engaged in the activities they enjoy.
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and board-certified Non-Surgical Pain Management Provider (NSPM-C), Jason brings extensive experience caring for patients with both acute and chronic pain. His background includes advanced training in pain assessment, musculoskeletal conditions, ultrasound-guided procedures, and patient education.
Jason specializes in non-surgical and non-pharmacological pain management, helping patients explore conservative treatment options designed to improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life. His approach combines careful evaluation, clinical expertise, and practical treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
At Challenge Pain, patients also benefit from a collaborative care model. Jason works closely with a trauma surgeon, a neurosurgeon, and a board-certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training in acute and chronic pain management. This multidisciplinary approach provides access to additional expertise when needed and helps support well-rounded, evidence-based care.
Jason believes successful pain management begins with understanding the factors contributing to a patient's symptoms and developing realistic treatment goals. By taking the time to listen, educate, and collaborate, he helps patients make informed decisions about their care and create a path forward that aligns with their lifestyle and goals.
If pain is limiting your ability to do the things you enjoy, we are here to help.
